You can always know where your family members are! By means Tracker service you can control for example that your child don’t exit from a school or a kindergarten area or enter this zone. All pre-paid and post-paid subscribers and also DJUICE can use the service in Kyiv, Dnepropetrovsk, Donetsk, Odessa, Lvov, Kharkov and Zaporozh’e. List of cities will be extended in the nearest future.
How to use Tracker service via WEB?
If you would like to use Tracker service you should register on StarPort portal.
How to use Tracker service via WAP?
If you would like to use the service from mobile handset with WAP* feature you should go on wap.starport.com.ua in Info and Services/Tracker section.
*In order to set WAP and activate GPRS please call 477 (call from mobile handset isn’t chargeable in Kyivstar network) and chose necessary sections from IVR menu.
How to use Tracker by SMS and USSD.
Cost "Mayachok" service:
- Receive the location of the subscriber:
- In sms — 2,00UAH.
- In MMS-message — 2,00 UAH .
- Through WAP or WEB-page — 2,00 UAH.
- Tracking from the site of one of members of the family every 1 hour through WEB(leave or come in into certain area) — 2,00 UAH. Tariffing hourly.
- Successful addition or removal of the subscriber from the list of members of the family, receiving the list of members of a family, receiving the of leaving or coming in into certain area:
- Through WEB and WAP-access — not charged;
- By SMS and USSD-requests — 2,00 UAH.
- Sending an sms to a member of a family through WEB-interface— 0,10 UAH
- Messages with unsuccessful requests, monthly messages to members of a family with the list of subscribers which can define their site, not charged
- You also can order the subscription fee - 0,50 grn/days for prepaid subscribers, 15 UAH monthly for contract subscribers. For the subscription fee you have 4 requests per day for prepaid subscribers and 120 requests per day for contract subscribers.
Tariffs are includes VAT. And not include Pension Fund fee - 7,5 %
